His professional philosophy is founded on the belief that no organizational target, operational achievement, or performance indicator should ever take precedence over human life. This principle is reflected in his book, Zero Harm at the Workplace: No KPI Is More Important Than Human Life, which emphasizes the importance of integrating human safety, responsible leadership, and environmental sustainability into every aspect of workplace management.
