Refund Policy
Effective 25 October 2026
Please read this Refund Policy before purchasing Zero Harm at Workplace. We sell digital products delivered as downloadable files or online reading access. Because these products can be made available immediately after payment, all digital purchases are generally final and we do not accept discretionary refund requests, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
1. No-refund policy
We do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, makes an unintended purchase, purchases the wrong edition, does not read or use the book, or decides that the content is not suitable for their personal preferences after purchase. Customers should review the edition description, price, supported delivery method and this policy before paying.
2. Digital editions covered
Download e-Book: The downloadable PDF and/or EPUB edition, supplied through the purchasing account and protected download access.
Online Reader: Ongoing, account-based access to the book through the website, without a downloadable file. These are separate editions, and a purchase of one does not automatically include the other.
3. Immediate delivery and cancellation rights
Digital access may begin after successful payment verification. In countries where an otherwise available withdrawal or cooling-off right can be lost for immediate digital supply, that right is lost only when the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. If those conditions have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights continue as required by law.
4. Statutory exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits legal rights to a remedy where digital content is not supplied, is materially defective, is not as described, or where a payment is duplicated or wrongly charged. Where applicable law requires a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation or another remedy, we will comply with that obligation.
5. Payment and access problems
If payment was taken but the purchased edition is not available, first sign in to your account and check the order and library pages. For continued access, download or payment difficulties, email support@wilsonronnie.org with your purchasing email, transaction reference and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes. We will review the payment status and take reasonable steps to restore access or provide the legally required remedy.
6. Duplicate and unauthorised charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a transaction was duplicated, incorrect or unauthorised. We will review available payment records and cooperate with the payment provider as appropriate. This policy does not restrict rights provided by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.
7. Investigations and evidence
To review a payment or delivery problem, we may check the payment reference, payment-provider verification, account entitlement and available technical records. We will not rely solely on an automatic email-delivery notification as proof that content was accessible. Customers should not share passwords or full card details when contacting support.
8. How refunds are handled when legally required
Where a refund is required by law or approved following investigation, it will normally be made through the original payment channel where available, subject to processing rules and legal requirements. Processing times depend on the payment provider and receiving financial institution.
9. Agreement before registration
Before creating a buyer account, customers are required to confirm that they have read the Terms and Conditions. Those terms refer to this Refund Policy. Customers can review this policy before placing an order. The registration checkbox does not constitute separate consent to immediate digital supply or an acknowledgement waiving a statutory withdrawal right where those steps are specifically required by law.
